Stay in this trendy Mid-century appointed private studio space beneath our beautiful home (we live upstairs). We are situated directly on the Gulf of America in historic Tarpon Springs. Ideally located close to Innisbrook golf courses, Sponge Docks, downtown district, Pinellas Bike Trail and local beaches, you can travel quickly to Palm Harbor, Dunedin and Clearwater Beach. The relaxing outdoor space includes a Cabana area, dining tables, dock, kayaks and swimming pool. Unwind and enjoy magnificent sunsets after a busy day of exploring Florida's Gulf coast.

This place was amazing, private and located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The host where great greeted me even after arriving at 3am still took the time to show me the place. I would definitely recommend this place and even book again.

We were looking for a perfect waterfront rental for two on the Gulf and found it here. The private spaces inside and out are even more charming in person than photos could do them justice! The owners are friendly and helpful, offering hands-on guidance on operations rather than just leaving them to be deciphered from a manual. Every personal travel item was available on site in case something was forgotten at home - even a rarely thought of but occasionally needed sewing kit! The kitchenette has no stovetop or sink, but an outdoor grill is available, and a portable sink works for the few dirty dishes made when grilling or using the toaster oven - and the optional disposable tableware is a great vacation amenity. The wooden futons with good quality mattresses and bedding are more comfortable than one might expect. The outdoor space and that view are what really sold us = gorgeous!! We were very happy with our time here and highly recommend it to others!
