Good, but I would wish if the host check the lock battery before our arriving. My family and I spend 1.5 hours trying to open the unit. My family and I have to go to hotel that night, host show me new receive but until today I have no credit in my credit card-8745 and next day after he put new batteries we could get in, not even an apology nor I am sorry for his mistake.Host supply ONLY ONE ROLL of toilet paper per bathroom....we were 3 people and stayed 10 days.....we have to buy toilet paper. Nice place but host needs to be accountable for his mistakes.

Lenny is an awesome host (very responsive, accommodating, and very professional. Only downside is he is a Dolphin’s fan - JK!!! 😉) and has a beautiful property! The condo has everything you’ll need with respect to comfort, accessories, entertainment (can you say a Karaoke machine) and space. Also, the condo is so conveniently located to everything such as a Starbucks, a grocery store (Tottus), and restaurants (Chinese:Madam Tusan, Peruvian:Lucios, Peruvian/American: Olivers), and the metro, literally next door. And to get to the ocean cliffs boardwalk, an easy 15-20 minute walk. Another 5 min and you’re at the famous cliff embedded Larcomar Mall. Don’t hesitate to book this property. You won’t be disappointed. 🍻

The apartment is very clean and a nice place to stay (though it does lack a few details like bedside tables). Overall, I enjoyed my time there. The only problems I ran into were related to being locked out twice. Once was when I extended - an understandable oversight. Unfortunately, the new lock code was mistakenly entered for only 24 hours and, the following day, I was locked out for three hours, during which time I was unable to get in contact with the host despite numerous calls and texts. Unfortunately, I missed client meetings in that time. Communication with Lenny was mostly great, though I was a little surprised that he declined to even comp me a single day for missing several hours of paid work.
