Excellent property for our needs this Summer. Close proximity to all our scheduled events. The home was a perfect relaxing gathering place for our meals & relaxing.

Beautiful location. Multiple family members enjoyed their own en-suite rooms.

Great view, great fishing. They have everything in the kitchen / and outside for grilling/cooking. There is not a guest bathroom so every-time you need to use one of the many restrooms you must go through a bedroom - which was fine for us because we were all family. The maintenance man appeared at our back door knocking and scared us a bit, one day - but was nice. Plenty of beds for a big family. Sheets were soft and good pillows, too.

House was clean. Pool was maintained beautifully. Location and view great. Home was not wheelchair accessible as advertised and it was a problem. Bathrooms do not accommodate a wheelchair. No handrails to enter pool. No working electrical outlets in back bathroom. Sparks out of outlet in laundry room. Dining room chairs unstable. Rockport is nice and we had a good time together.
