In 1st sea line fully equipped and furnished in luxury urbanization with direct access to the sea to an exclusive cove that allows a privileged swim in the sea.
Very close to 2 magnificent sandy beaches (Palmanova and Magaluf). The house has the captivating charm to spend the summer nights, in a very quiet area, and enjoy its magnificent terraces.
Large terrace with stunning views, living room with double sofa bed, full kitchen. Three double rooms: Master bedroom with large double bed and terrace en suite, 2 double rooms with 2 beds each room, and ull bathrooms in suite with shower (renovated in 2016).
The house is equipped with all the top brand appliances. It has air conditioning (hot / cold) in the living room and the three bedrooms.

Lovely property with plenty of space for the 6 of us. Beautiful views out across the ocean from the balconies, the downside of being on the cliff face was the noise from the seagulls early in the morning but this was only really an issue in the master bedroom. I wouldn’t recommend this property if you have mobility issues as the steps down are very steep but it was fine for us and our teenagers.
Would definitely re book this villa if we came back to the area.

Area: it is fair to say this is an area of Mallorca we had avoided over the years. As expected it was very busy, and the beaches were too busy for some of us. The road where the house is located however, is tree lined and quiet. The beach is a 10 min walk away. On Palma Nova Beach there are a couple of good quality restaurants. Palma old town centre is 40min drive away. Small and large supermarkets are within easy reach.
House: We loved the house. We couldn't use the garage and car gate as they could not find the remote. It was being repaired on the day we left. There was some water damage on the ground floor, with skirting boards missing, which made the ground floor bedroom very damp. The owner was helpful and explained there had been a leak but suggested one of us buy a dehumidifier. We tried to air it a lot. Hopefully the repairs will be completed soon.
The house was spacious, had plenty of facilities and small details were thought of which was very nice. There were no sun loungers on the top balcony as in the pictures but there were deckchairs. On the terraces on the waterside there were plenty of sun loungers some parasols, chairs, a Bbq, and 2 showers. We loved using the balcony area that envelopes the house and the terraces below. The hotel pool was nice too. Overall, a great place to stay and v easy to ask the owner / manager questions, they were very helpful.

I booked the stay due to its appearance & the direct access to the sea. The host Luis, couldn’t have been more helpful & informative prior & during our vacation. If we were to return to Calvia we would want to stay here again. The only negative is finding parking if you have a hire car but this isn’t necessary for most people but we were also travelling Mallorca
