With a beautiful view extending to the nearby sea, this holiday home in Gedser offers a prime location in the first row among other beach houses, close to the marina. Several bathing spots with piers are within easy reach, and the sandy beach at Birkemose is about 3 km away. The property is ideal for families or couples seeking a relaxing seaside getaway with access to both water and nature. The house features a renovated kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and an open living area with large glass doors leading to a spacious wooden terrace. There are two comfortable bedrooms, a balcony, and two additional terraces where guests can enjoy the panoramic sea view and evening sunsets. The bright living room, with its generous windows, ensures plenty of natural light and a welcoming atmosphere for family gatherings or quiet moments. Outside, the home is part of a large communal area offering plenty of space for outdoor games, a fire pit, and social activities. A shared laundry room with washing machines and dryers is available for guests. Local amenities in Gedser include shops, the Gedser Remise with the Olsen Gang House, a flea market, bike rental, and a nearby restaurant. The ferry harbor is within walking distance, approximately 900 m. Please note, rental is not available to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
