-Room 2: Two (2) Twin beds
-Room 3: A day bed + Trundle -> One (1) twin bed above and one (1) twin pull-out bed below.

Full size fridge, induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, utensils, silverware, diningware, coffee maker (works with ground coffee, no paper filters needed), electric kettle, toaster, etc.
-Note: We do not provide: Salt, pepper, coffee, condiments and spices.
Home Amenities:
2 Smart TVs, dining table, desk, books, soft lighting, high speed internet for work video conferences, streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Disney plus.

Visit the historic Arlington Reservoir or take a picnic at Robbins Farm Park.
For Kids, the closest playground/parks McClennen Park, Arlington Reservoir beach, Hibbert Playground or Florence Playground. Don't miss out visiting Robbins or Fox library, full of toys, kids books, kids activities, etc. The closest Grocery shop is “Trader Joe’s”, “Stop and Shop” or “Maruichi Japanese”, 10 min away walking/ 2 min driving. - This is a multi family home. Respect the other families and their sleep
- No smoking inside or around the premises. (Guest and visitors MUST comply)
- No parties or reunions, no glitter or anything that will make our space dirty.
- No loud sounds, music,TV
- No EV Charging. Do not extend a power cord from inside the house.
- Quiet hours: 9PM to 7AM
Sound Insulation:
This is a multifamily home. You will hear steps from the floor above because New England house structures are old and sound and vibrations travel easily. We have added thick sound insulation in ceilings to reduce that as much as possible, as a result, 95% of guests are not bothered by the sound. However, you will still hear steps. This is not a bunker.
Change of dates Policy: Once the full refund cancellation window has closed, guests may add dates to their reservation but cannot shorten their stay or change the check-in date. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to secure a full refund if travel plans change after the cancellation policy has taken effect.

Had a wonderful stay in Arlington. It was great being so close to Mass Ave and all the restaurants and stores that I could easily walk to. Since I was there in the wintertime, I really appreciated having a garage to park my car in so I didn't have to deal with ice and snow.The living spaces in the apartment were really nice and I loved all the natural light that came pouring in the windows. The kitchen was very well stocked, the beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean and cozy.The hosts were wonderful to work with and very responsive. I would definitely stay there again if I was traveling to the area.

Great location and clean. Otherwise just okay. The interior is as pictured-clean and updated for a property of that era, but the infrastructure was lacking-uncomfortable and creaky king-sized bed, very marginal kitchen utensils, no coffee/tea provided, no dishwasher detergent provided, one dish towel, flat and small bed pillows, 2 flimsy wash cloths, one hand towel. The owners were responsive and did provide two king-sized pillows and cases, additional dish towels, hand towels and wash cloths when we complained which we appreciated but all of which were fresh from the store so required laundering before use which was not how we intended to spend time while on vacation. In addition, this is a 2nd flr unit in a three family house and the upstairs tenant was noisy starting at 7am, even on a Saturday so if you want to sleep in a little while on vacation this not the best choice.
