•Parking: 2 cars allowed. Parking passes must be displayed on your dashboard for the winter months. The condo includes two parking passes, and we’re unable to obtain additional ones. Please note that a $100 fee applies for each lost pass. During snowfall, street parking is not allowed due to snow removal. All vehicles must be parked off the street promptly so plows can operate.
•No pets (Family Allergies);
•Guest access fees apply per person, per day, and are subject to change. See the NPOA Rec Center website for details;
•Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November–May;
•Winter travel requires snow tires and 4WD/AWD, or chains;
•Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 7 AM per Placer county regulations;

    It was ok. Finding out that there was no air conditioning and relying on open windows to regulate the temperature isnt ideal. Waiting for it to cool down every night after spending all day about town made for some uncomfortable sleeping. The unit could also use a 1/2 bath on the floor of the main living space also. It was a nuisance running the steps every time someone had to use the restroom. And we lost power the 2nd night there. When calling the on-call maintenence number, it sounded like it was a child that answered the phone, who couldn't give a proper response on why the power would be out and recommended we contact the power company directly, not realizing that we were obviously out of town guests who A. Wouldn't know what power company supplies the electricity there and B. Wouldn't have an account with said power company to be able to report the outage. Overall, it was just an average stay with a rocky start.

    The property was excellent.Super clean, updated, easy access (close to parking), right next to a shuttle stop to Northstar (a short walk to the stop and then a very short shuttle ride). The condo is one of the closest to the parking lot (also a nice bonus).Property management contacted us promptly but the check in process was so simple and the property well setup that we didn't need to reach out to them at all.Checkout instructions were also clear and concise.There was also a nice area behind the property where the kids could play in the snow.If I was going to nitpick I would say it would be nice to have another dish towel or two. So yeah, really not much to say improvement wise.We avoided the round trip to the separate trash drop off location by just putting it in the car and taking it home.There is a grocery store a short drive down the road (Raley's) in case you forget something or eat all your snacks.10 out of 10 would recommend.

    Great place and location. It's a short walk to the Northstar shuttle and the shuttles were frequent even when the resort was very busy.The one downside that I'll mention. The property asks that you depose the garbage, or it's a 50 fee. But, you need to drive and use the provided key to do this. So, it isn't very convenient. Especially, if you're doing it as you're heading out of town. I

    We had a nice family getaway and this was a perfect location for all we wanted to do. The remodel is very nice. There was some confusion re: parking and activity passes that was cleared up quickly. No complaints and would return!

    Nice place! Finishings were all brand new and the place was immaculate - also very well appointed with plenty of dishes and such to feed the family and not have to keep washing everything. Brand new grill that we christened as well. Beds were comfortable except the bunk beds were more appropriate for littles than adults - mattress could use updating according to the adult who slept there. Otherwise, would rent again.     The condo was as advertised. Everything looked like it had been newly renovated or purchased. The beds were quite comfortable, a rarity we find in rental condos. There was plenty of everything we needed - kitchen items, towels, good pillows, paper goods, etc. The property manager was very responsive when we couldn't find the remote (someone had left it in a serving bowl up in the kitchen cabinet). We were glad to have the shuttle to Northstar so we could avoid the parking lot hassle. The only issue we had was that when the three of us tried to take showers one right after the other, we totally ran out of hot water before the second shower was over. The next days we spaced out our showers, leaving quite a bit of time between each one, and we all had enough hot water. Not a big deal, but a note for the owner - it would be nice to have a dresser in the upstairs bedroom. I live out of my suitcase while travelling, but my husband is an unpacker and so was grumbling a bit by the lack of drawers.

    Overall this condo was definitely one of the better condos we have stayed in at Gold Bend. Set up was good for the number of people we had(6). The beds were super comfy. Great location to the Village and skiing. Easy hop onto the shuttle. Really clean and had mostly everything you needed from bath linens to a fully stocked kitchen. The only thing was we were left with only a couple of dishwasher pods so ended up having to do some dishes by hand. Other than that the stay was great and we would definitely stay here again!

    The service from Tahoe Signature Properties was great - they called to make sure we had everything we needed. The door on the vanity in the downstairs bathroom is broken. There is only 1 hairdryer in the house. The instructions for parking need to be updated to include putting a guest pass in the window - we received a warning from the HOA on our car which was parked in front of the condo. There were hairs on the pillow cases in the downstairs King bedroom. 😩
