Summary:
Our apartment is located in an amazing location near downtown and Dalhousie University Campus.
The kitchen is fully stocked and set up for longer duration stays. There is also plenty of drawers/closet space to keep clothing. Each room includes a private desk for work.

The Space:
Our 2 bedroom apartment is located within a 10 floor apartment building. The building itself is very well kept, and has a fast modern elevator. Our apartment is on the 7th floor, right off the elevator.
There is lots of space inside, roughly 1300 sqft, and will be very comfortable for long term stays if needed!
The kitchen is very well equipped so you can stay in comfort for a long duration.

√ We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies
√ We cleaned, mopped and/or dusted before sanitizing
√ We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay
√ All high-touch surfaces have been sanitized, down to the doorknob

Guests have access to everything inside the apartment.
Other Things to Note:
Turndown Service Available ($35/hr)
There is no cable tv or air conditioning in this house.
Washer & Dryer is shared in the basement.
PARKING is upon request, paid:
In Halifax, parking availability is limited. To efficiently manage the small number of parking spots available and enhance our guests' experience, we've collaborated with the parking operator, 'Honk.' Guests can conveniently select their desired parking duration and make payments by scanning the QR code displayed on the parking sign or with the provided link. Please make sure to register your vehicle to prevent any potential tickets from parking enforcers.
Monthly rate is $100, daily rate is $10.
We're happy to provide you with the following supplies for your convenience for FREE:
● Salt and pepper
● 1 paper towel
● 2x toilet paper per bathroom
● 4 bath towels
● 2 washer pods, 2 dryer sheets (if unit has washer/dryer)
● 2 tide pods (if unit has dishwasher)
If you require more than we have provided you are required to purchase extras yourself

I like to give my guests privacy, but am available if guests have any questions or need recommendations!

Large apartment in a great neighbourhood. About a 10-minute walk to the Public Gardens and 20-minute walk to the waterfront.
