The kitchen provides all the utensils and appliances expected of a quality property of this side. Guests wishing to cook and entertain from the apartment will have no trouble. Appliances include: kettle, coffee machine, juicer, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine etc.
The living room provides a comfortable sofa (sofa bed that sleeps 2 additional guests) facing a large smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube etc), and a dining area with seating for 4. There is an attached extension with an additional sofa that looks across to the boulevard below, great for people watching and spotting the luxury cars that frequent Puerto Banús.
The bedroom provides a large double bed, large smart TV, and plenty of wardrobe space. Just outside the bedroom door, and by the entrance to the apartment, is the property’s bathroom, which is fitted with a large walk-in rainfall shower.
