The entire home has been fully remodeled with a brand new kitchen fully equipped with: stainless steel appliances, pots & pans, cooking utensils, spices, coffee machine, kitchen island, bar seating, toaster, blender, full knife set, wine glasses and much more. Refrigerator has filtered water and ice.
* INDOOR FEATURES *
Aside from the kitchen, the home has 2 smart TVs for all your streaming needs (one in the living room and one in main the bedroom), open floor plan, large sleeper sofa, air mattress, games, Nest thermostat, and free in-suite washer & dryer.
* GENERAL *
The home also comes with many amenities some of which are: Free fast and reliable WiFi, towels/linens, hair dryer, central heating & air conditioning, ceiling fans, complimentary toiletries, laundry detergent, Iron and Ironing board, a record player.
* PARKING *
Free street parking, enough to accommodate large trailers.

In the Heart of Downtown Tempe, this house is close to everything! Minutes to ASU and Old Town Scottsdale. Between 5 - 15 minutes to: Mill Ave, Diablo Stadium (Anaheim Angels Spring Training), Sky Harbor Airport, The Phoenix Zoo, Scottsdale Stadium (SF Giants Stadium), Downtown Gilbert, Downtown Chandler, Talking Stick Casino & Golf Resort, Top Golf, Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall, Camelback Mountain, Scottsdale's Entertainment District, Old Town Scottsdale's Shopping District, Downtown Phoenix and so much more.
There are two units on the property and you have full access to your unit. They are completely separate and you shouldn't have to interact with other guests at any point during your stay. The house is keyless entry and the front door code will be given to you upon arrival.
The property has contactless Self Check-in and I will be available for emergencies.
This short-term rental is located roughly 2 miles south of ASU's main campus in Tempe. The home sits perfectly on a corner lot and has been completely renovated for a resort like feel with tons of privacy.

I was gone during the academic day attending a professional workshop at ASU and it was the perfect location…10 minute drive from the airport, 5 minutes or less drive to campus, 2 minutes to the grocery store, and plenty of restaurants nearby. Very quiet neighborhood and it was easy to get up and take a walk or get some exercise in the morning. My wife and I were able to take a weekend excursion to the Grand Canyon…great place to stay, especially if you’re going to be out and about in the area. Would have loved to have had access to the pool but that seems reserved for those renting the family sized unit.

This property was great for our 4 night stay. The neighborhood was nice, quiet and safe. The location was close to everything we needed. The house had everything we needed. I brought coffee but the coffee maker is a keurig so I couldn’t use it. Only suggestion would be to bring your own towels if possible since ones provided are quite small.
