There is a Master Bedroom on the First Floor with easy access. There is a Secondary living area with game room and pool table on the Third floor for watching spectacular sunsets in the evening with a secondary kitchen and dining table with bar for enjoyment.
Parking for 4 vehicles
HEATED POOL w/ waterfall. Extra fee for heating pool.

The house location was great and there were enough bedrooms for everyone! The Beach was just a 3 min walk from our house. I would highly recommend staying here!

The description of the 3rd floor did not match. There was no master room on the 3rd floor. There was a room with king bed and a room with full bunk beds. There was not any extra bunk beds. But overall everything was great. Communicating with the owner was easy.

This house was very spacious. Beach access was very close by.
We had a couple issues but they were fixed quickly.

The pool is shared with 3 houses. That is buried in 1 of the 4 property descriptions. No beach chairs or wagon. Had to ask and only got 4 chairs for a place that sleeps 18. No jetted tub as described. 3rd floor pullout couch bed is broken. Pool table is about to fall apart. Felt is torn all over and drawn on. Definitely need a vacuum for renters to use to get up sand. The 3rd floor drier doesn’t work well. Takes many cycles to dry 2 sheets. The size and location was good.
