About this house rental
The Semi Cozy... Outdoor Adventure Awaits! This remodeled semi trailer is an efficiently designed tiny house with covered parking, beautiful views and a rustic, one bedroom cabin. The bedroom features a twin single bed plus a bunk bed with spacious double mattresses. All mattresses are new Additional sleeping is on the comfortable futon in the living room. There is an outdoor sink for anyone in need of cleaning up or cleaning game after a day of adventure. Many DVDs and TV are provided. no wifi.
The space
Brand new and beautiful, this unique building (a remodeled semi trailer) is 100 yards away from two grain bins we remodeled. This building, named the Semi Cozy as well as the bins/silos are in a beautiful rural area yet conveniently close to Lewistown as well as other towns offering great restaurants and activities. This property is situated near the Spoon River and surrounded by farms and woods. If you're a wildlife enthusiast, you'll be in heaven. If you're not, you'll just plain enjoy the decor of our Semi home or our Grain Bin homes..... They all are beautifully unique and designed carefully for your comfort and amazing adventure. Each has a campfire and beautiful views of the sunset and sunrise.

Three unique stays exist on this property. Each offer plenty of parking . The driveway is shared, but each of the two grain bins and the semi home have their own unique keypad entry. Each have their own fire pit.
For a large party you can rent all three or just one at a time and perhaps make some friends with guests at the other units.....If you are the private type, we designed these to be sufficiently separate.

Each has its own listing. The easiest way to find all of the listings quickly is to use the map view where you will see all three right next to each other. We designef the property so that each guest has sufficient privacy in the event that all three buildings are rented by separate parties. They are however close enough to one another that one party could rent all three as well.
