This spacious resort home is designed for easy family stays, group getaways, and theme park trips. Set in the gated High Grove community, it gives guests a quiet place to recharge with a private screened pool, a converted garage game room, and access to community amenities. Walt Disney World is 9.4 miles away, with Target, grocery stores, restaurants, cafés, shopping centers, and outlet malls nearby.
Inside, the living area offers comfortable seating, cable TV, and a relaxed spot to unwind after a full day out. The dining table seats 6 and can also be used for meals, games, or remote work. The kitchen comes fully equipped with quality appliances, everything needed to prepare meals, a coffee maker, dishwasher, and a breakfast bar with 3 stools for casual dining.

- Washcloths are not provided. We don't provide condiments or food items due to Florida regulations. You can order your groceries in advance or stop at Walmart or Publix on the way.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home, and no drug use or illegal activity on the premises — a $400 fine applies.
- Please keep noise levels respectful after 10 PM for the sake of neighboring families.
- No parties or events, and no tents or external structures on the property grounds.
- This is a two-story home, so please keep in mind there are stairs to reach the upper level.
- We kindly ask that you avoid moving furniture.
- The A/C unit can also be set to heat as well. We ask that you please don't set it any higher than 80℉.
Booking Requirements
- Lead guest must be 21 or older.
- A quick rental agreement is required upon booking confirmation
- Valid government-issued ID may be requested at check-in or during your stay.
- Depending on the booking platform, a temporary authorization hold as a security deposit may also apply — this is automatically released after checkout provided no damages occur. (Not applicable for Abb bookings.)
Safety & Damages
- Outdoor security cameras are in place on the property for safety purposes only.
- Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning costs resulting from their stay.

The location was great to go to Disney and Universal.

Everything was just as pictured. The home was very nice and clean. Aside from an annoying neighbor that leaves their yapping dog outside all day long, this was the perfect vacation spot. The house is a lot bigger than it looks in the pictures and everything was updated and nice.

The house was exactly what i thought it would be. Very clean and nice. The pool was great! About 45 minutes from I drive/Disney

We enjoyed our stay for spring break , the kids definitely had a blast with the pool . Only issue was the fridge did get cold so our food purchased spoiled . Everything else was perfect , we will be back .
