Three Primary Bedrooms with private bath and Two Queen Suite bedrooms with Shared bath areas in addition to a Bunk Bed Room with huge TV. This is not just a Vacation Home , but hosts hope you feel as though it is your own home here in Cocoa Beach. Enjoy pristine views from the upstairs deck of the primary bedroom . Back yard is just steps from the sand with private beach access. Play all day on the beach and then splash the rest of the day away in the gorgeous pool . Comfortable yet luxurious, feel the magic of breathing in the ocean air and getting away from it all. This home is gated with room for 4 cars. All you need to do is bring your flip flops and a great book. Kitchen is fully equipped for anything you may need. Towels , beach towels and linens all provided. Beach toys to share include Corn hole, Horseshoes, Bacci Ball and Games. Close to the Impressive Kennedy Space Center, Home Port for Disney , Royal Caribbean and Carnival Cruise Lines, Air Shows and Art Festivals, World Famous Ron Jon Surf Shop and all sorts of water activities like Deep Sea Fishing , Boat Rentals and Kayaking. This home is amazing and extremely well stocked! From the kitchen to the amount of towels, beach towels, beach chairs, pool toys and more - we had plenty for our big group! Everything is up to date and the location is great! The pool was super clean and all the outside areas were great! The home comfortably fits several families. Definitely worth it!!

This is an excellent location close to shops and restaurants. The house and property have wonderful spaces to relax by the beach or pool. And the living area and kitchen are perfect for a large group. The hosts were very responsive when we had any questions. Our group would go back in a heartbeat!

We loved staying at the Stina House! It is even better than the pictures! The views of the ocean are beautiful and it's an easy walk out to the shore. We loved that all main stuff is on the ground level so that my mother in law did not have to use any steps. The house has a large kitchen and a spacious living area. Everyone was very comfortable. The pool is fantastic and the location of the home is perfect. We are thrilled to have found this gem and hope to return again in the future. I should also add that the hosts are fabulous. As a fellow STR host, I was impressed by their quick responses and wonderful hospitality.
