The lifts, shops, and restaurants of the Mt. Crested Butte base area are literally right at your door step. Views, location, and fun can’t be beat at the Grand Lodge, an unbelievable deal for a recently renovated corner and quiet end unit condo, with an elevator, hot tub, indoor/outdoor pool, and so much more!
Treat yourself at the Elevation Spa, take the kids to Tin Cup Ice Cream and Desserts for an old-school parlor experience, and enjoy a cocktail or cup of coffee at any of the top-notch saloons and eateries of Mt. CB. For even more dining, shopping, and entertainment, jump on the free shuttle to the historic mining town of Crested Butte, shuttles run every 15 minutes from 7:30am till midnight just steps away from your room.
Skiing, sledding, biking and hiking are all yards away , as well as a variety of great shops for any and all gear, clothing, and rental needs.
You will feel right at home in this clean, cozy, and recently updated space, with panoramic views of the mountain and pool, new furniture and bedding, carpet, rugs, and window coverings, creature comforts galore, and of course, the best indoor/outdoor heated pool and hot tub on the mountain! Kids and grown-ups agree, there is no better place to soak up the sunshine after a big day of rocky mountain adventures.
Access is a breeze with the hotel-style driveway entrance for loading in and out, and the added convenience of elevators means you can save your quads for the slopes! Leave the car behind and enjoy all of the Magic of Crested Butte with none of the hassle at the Grand Lodge!

***While the property lists a hot tub and pool as an amenity these are shared community amenities and subject to open and closure by the HOA and/or governing entity. As such availability may be affected by maintenance work from time to time and is therefore not guaranteed. . Children MUST be accompanied and supervised.
***Wifi is also provided and managed by the Grand Lodge, Wifi issues should be reported to the front desk. Early check ins and or late check out requests may be granted on a per booking basis and may be subject to additional fees at the time of booking. Last minute requests cannot be granted due to pre established cleaning and maintenance schedules. Guests who check out after 10am without preauthorization will be asked to vacate immediately and will be subject to a $ 250 fine.
***Crested Butte is a resort town, please note that when the Crested Butte Mountain Resort shuts down for the Spring shoulder Season, and again in the Fall, many of the shops, restaurants, and local businesses close down or operate under limited schedules. Refunds will not be granted to guests due to closure of any businesses in Crested Butte for any reason, as these events are out of our control. Please see Vail's website for opening and closing dates for the mountain resort, as these dates change year to year.
***Cancellations: Please familiarize yourself with our posted cancellation policy. Please note that due to Crested Butte’s limited rental seasons, no exceptions will be made to the cancellation policy under any circumstances. We strongly recommend purchasing some form of travel insurance if you feel you may need to cancel or alter your booking outside of the posted cancellation policy window.
***The US Postal service does not deliver to households in Crested Butte, should you require items shipped to your property during your stay, we recommend using UPS or FedEx, and insuring these items. Had an amazing stay. Super comfortable for a family of 4 and a short walk to the lifts. The access to the ski valet is clutch. Would definitely stay again!

This was our third time skiing Crested Butte and staying at the Lodge. Our place was very clean and fit our needs perfectly-a place to sleep and eat. We had a mixture with the pool towels but owner was quick to make it right. Will hope to book with them again in the future

We stayed in July and found the bedroom area unbearably hot. Despite doing their best with fans, there is little ability to bring fresh, cool air into that side of the space, making sleeping very hot and uncomfortable. Bed & pillows were comfortable.A few other areas missed the mark- the bathroom smelled of mildew because the shower curtains clearly hadn’t been washed in a long time (or ever) and the towels also smelled of mildew. There was no soap for the shower, but toilet paper, towels, shampoo/conditioner and other things were well stocked.The bedroom comforter was stained / dirty and left a bad impression when you first walk in; luckily we didn’t need it.The property and condo are clearly old, but seem to be decently maintained and with staff around all the time. Easy check in / out.Would stay again if they could solve for some of these issues.
