• Consumable items: an initial starter kit is provided; additional supplies are the guest’s responsibility

• BBQ Grill rental: $85 + taxes (entire stay, includes 1 propane tank)
• Pool/Spa heating: $40/day + taxes (required for the entire stay)
• Requests must be made in advance (3–5 days prior to check-in)

The beds were very comfortable! The sofa was comfortable for us to chill in the evenings. We had an issue with a lock at one point, but it was fixed within a few hours. Great communication.

Two families stayed here, it was the perfect layout. Well stocked kitchen, nice large spaces. Floors in bathrooms were less clean than I would expect, and there was evidence of a leak in the downstairs shower. The pool is TINY…more of a dipping pool. Otherwise a great stay. Very comfortable beds!
