About this house rental
Come and feel the peace of this spacious home that's just a couple blocks from downtown Geneva. Its clean, elegant, and surrounded by a huge yard that is more like a small park.

THE SPACE:
It's an open, 2000+ square foot ground floor rental with a massive 1.7-acre yard.
Smart TVs are in every room.
~Master Bedroom~
One super comfy king mattress with an electric adjustable base, so you can elevate your legs, your head, or both if you want. It also has an en suite bathroom, two closets, and a side room with a washer and dryer.
~Second Bedroom~
Two queen beds and a twin daybed with a second pull-out twin mattress underneath.
~Bathrooms~
Stocked with extra toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, women's supplies, cleaning supplies, hair dryer, and curling iron.
~Kitchen~
Fully equipped with all stainless steel fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. It is also stocked with dishware, cutlery, cookware, baking trays, spices, a blender, and a coffee/tea station with a Keurig coffee machine. The kitchen also has a sperate entrance/exit in the back.
~Porch~
Fully screened with a charcoal grill and seating for eleven people. It wraps around from the living room to the kitchen.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen had everything we needed and the house was very nice. Finding the driveway was a bit tricky in the dark. Thank you for a welcoming place to call home while we were in town for a wedding.

Condo was clean. Host was very good at communicating. Home was spacious. We loved all the windows. The host added lots of little touches to make our stay extra special. The beds and linens smelled so clean and were comfortable. It's a great place to bring a family or friends. There is plenty of room for dining or relaxing on the screened in porch. Definitely would recommend.

Home was very nice. Plenty of living space for a group to play games. Really wanted to use the waffle maker but didnt get to partake, thought that was a really nice touch. Everything was very clean. The lighting was a bit much. The chairs throughout the home are a bit uncomfortable and worn. The entrance to the property is a bit tricky especially in the dark, its off a main street through town so getting out of property was a challenge at times. The driveway is very dark and uneven so walking from parking spaces to door in dark was rough, a little lighting would be valuable. Over all the home was truely lovely, we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely consider staying again depending on the time of year.

This property took our breath away when we entered it! It was so much more beautiful than online pictures could capture. The home was immaculately cleaned. The home is older and had some tiny quirks, but we got the help we needed almost immediately because communication was super timely. Our children loved the beautiful backyard and my husband and I enjoyed the porch each morning with coffee. The neighborhood is quaint and seemed safe. I can't recommend this home enough, it was truly beautiful and every detail thought out.
