The ground floor of this beachside property features a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and dining area, a perfect space for entertaining and big family meals. The spacious living room is furnished with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, making it an ideal space for relaxation with views from every window. The ground floor also hosts four of the six bedrooms (two king rooms and two bunk rooms), offering accessible and family-friendly accommodation.
The first floor includes the remaining bedrooms, including a double bedroom with access to a terrace offering spectacular views, perfect for enjoying the sunrise or sunset. The "super quad" room is ideal for older children or teens. The first floor shares a family bathroom with a roll-top bath, toilet, and sink, adding to the cottage's charm.
Step outside to the garden, which leads directly to the beach. The garden has a low stone wall that separates the cottage from Broad Beach, making it feel like your private piece of the beach. There is a hot tub available year-round at no extra charge. The property also includes an electric vehicle charging point (Tesla) and offers on-site parking for up to four cars. Pet owners will love the beachside location and the welcome for up to two well-behaved dogs
