Great price for Thanksgiving, In town for the family. Even got a short swim in.

The room was cramped, the light in the bathroom was burned out, the chair was uncomfortable, the carpeting was ugly, and the vinyl seat on the chair in the breakfast area was peeling apart. The floor of the elevator seemed quite dirty, too. I slept here the night before a procedure at the hospital, and this one night put me at a disadvantage before I even arrived. On the positive side: The TV and the staff were fine. The shower and the front doors were good for my disability.

Enjoyed the stay and the hotel was flexible allowing us to cancel the last night when we changed our flight to leave early. Front desk staff is very friendly. We had room cleaning everyday so that was very nice. Unfortunately the housekeepers didn’t replace soap or coffee creamer. The only complaint is the breakfast and coffee and water station. Breakfast had limited choice and very short serving hours. Coffee is often out, even during breakfast hours. Lastly, the water jar with lemons infusing is often empty by the end of the day and not refilled. The lemons were not replaced during the entire week we were there so I’m a little concerned about the cleanliness of the water.

Personnel was nice and kind. Room was horrible. Carpet had a musty smell probably from the sink in the middle of the room!!! Who thought that having the sink in the bedroom rather than the bathroom was a good idea? Fan in bathroom started automatically with light so extremely noisy. Carpet in the room was dirty to the point of not being able to walk barefoot. Do not recommend

Breakfast was excellent. Delicious. Theresa did a fabulous job with preparing the food. Our room was spotlessly clean. Bed was comfortable. Quiet. Staff courteous, friendly. Everything was perfect, as usual. My husband and I have stayed here several times in the last few years when traveling thru ann arbor, and we highly recommend. Thank you to the staff.

Super friendly staff at check in. The hotel was fine for a quick stop on our road trip. The kids liked the pool. The beds and our room in general felt cramped. The breakfast was ok but it would have been great to have gluten free options.

The Ann Arbor area has many food options to choose from. We had Mexican and Mediterranean cuisine. Our room was very clean. The TV was a nice size as well as the refrigerator in our room. The king size bed was very comfortable. We would stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is in an area that is very confusing and easy to get lost in. Read your street signs carefully. In addition, there was a problem with the room over the first evening. When it was brought to the attention of the Manager that next morning, he took care of it calmly, and quietly. He gave me another room and when I returned from my meetings for the day, I moved my things to the new room and there was no further problem. I have no idea how the first issue was resolved but the staff handled it professionally and quickly.

I love how friendly Xavier our frond desk person was. It was hot outside and he offered me a water as soon as I walked in. We were checked in quick and got to enjoy our clean cool room.

The property was near the railroad and back near little else. The biggest thing is that there is no clear process written down, and limited staff who know how to reset the WiFi. The power strike, a minor glitch of lights, was what knocked out WiFi at about 6pm, and it was out for approximately 2 hours. I had to go to the front desk and show the staff it was out. They confirmed it was out with the hotel's tablet device. The real problem is that only one person, a manager, knew how to reset the system. And he was sleeping, prepping for a late-night shift, hence the 2-hour outage. Unfortunately, it was during prime time for work, and I was looking for a dinner location.

We had a wonderful stay and even went back for an extra night after our trip to Chicago. We especially enjoyed the constant access to coffee, the pool, and the wonderful breakfast. One of the staff, Xavier, was especially helpful in terms of my husband's special needs(he uses a wheelchair) and gave us two little bottles of wine for my birthday. We will definitely stay there again if in Ann Arbor.
