The porch light was burnt out, making it difficult to unlock the door at night. It wasn’t cleaned very well. There were old crumbs in the kitchen, the kitchen and bathroom floors needed washing, the bathroom fan was full of dust. The ceiling fans were dusty as well. The corners in all the rooms needed cleaning. There was no local TV - only Roku. Couldn’t watch the World Series. The downstairs bed takes up the entire room - difficult to move around.

Location. A little further from the centre of town than I thought. Shame there was no water in the creek running alongside and light switch for outdoor seating would have enhanced the back yard.

The tiny home was clean, comfy, and perfect for our needs. Although we did not use it, the kitchen was fully equipped. We appreciated the soap & shampoo in the shower. Good water pressure too. The AC system was powerful. We love the free-standing nostalgic video game.

Nothing negative, but just to be aware. The stairs to the loft bedroom are steep. The ceiling is low that you can't fully stand up. It was actually fun for us.

It had all amenities in a tiny area plus handy parking. Great for 2 older people (downstairs bedroom) and 3 young grandchildren (loft space). The game machine was a plus!

To small and uncomfortable for a long stay but well managed and conveniently located to freeway and downtown.

There was , with a little help from us, an enclosed outdoor space for our pups. It was mostly quiet. The amenities were well stocked, ie shampoo, towels, etc. . the gas stove was great but the fridge door opened the wrong way which made access difficult . The best thing was the property manager, Tessa. We had some issues with the heater and tv reception and she was wonderful. VERY responsive and cooperative. Loved her!

Since we are seniors and were there for a month, the furniture was not very comfortable. The bed was nice, however. It really was too small for that long a stay. Also they need a floor lamp. The light was a ceiling spot and a light on the ceiling fan. This was a problem because the tv was wall mounted so when watching the lights shown right into your eyes . The pots and pans were really nice but could use some baking pans and a kitchen scissor.

The property was conveniently located to see family and get around. It is very quiet in the area.

No breakfast.

Only 1 bathroom hand towel and no kitchen towels. If you could supply extra hand towels for the bathroom that would be great. Kitchen towels would have been nice to have to wipe the clean dishes. We used paper towels. A small night light would be helpful in the kitchen area, as you would not need to have the exhaust fan / light appliance on all night.

The tiny home had practically everything we needed. We had enough space for our family of 3. It was a great location not too far from center of SLO but was a little limited on places to eat close by (nothing really within walking distance). But still a fantastic place.

Tiny home didn’t have any dish towels or a dishwasher but we made do.

Unexpected gem right in SLO

Our host and the place was perfect for our family of 4 adults. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the host was available throughout the weekend when random questions arose. Loved the full sized Pac-Man machine. It was handy to have laundry on prem and the designated parking spot was convenient. Looking forward to coming back in June!

The place was great. We happened to have A LOT of rain in a very short period of time, which caused some flooding outside the gate making it challenging to get in and out, but there was flooding everywhere in SLO, so 99% of the time, this will not be an issue.

Miss this place already!

Loved this tiny home so much! I could have moved right in. It was so comfortable, clean, and cozy. The creek was nice to look out at and the area is good and safe. We would definitely stay here again!
