It was easy to get in, and they took my luggage when I arrived early. Very beautiful property with a nice looking restaurant downstairs with a rooftop (I didn't get a chance to try it). Quiet at night. Good AC, you will need it in the summer. Clean, safe, pretty room. Sort of on the edge of the Casco Viejo, but very close to the main square and everything you need. Good for noise control. I didn't get to use the pool in my short stay, but it looked very inviting in that heat.
This is not a major thing, but on the first morning it sounded like there was a Greek wedding on the rooftop, with lots of crashing and scraping and stomping starting around 8am. The second morning was good. Compared to the noise complaints I've seen from other places this was minor, but worth mentioning.

On a l’impression que la piscine est grande sur les photos, mais en fait elle est toute petite et en bas du patio, on ne peut pas se délasser autour pas de transat

Location was AMAZING. Central but quiet. Roof terrace was great. Communication with host was perfect. Flexible on dropping my bag early was fantastic.I would recommend.
Small things.. You could have a glass in the room. Room wasn't checked or changed over 3 days. But when I asked for fresh towel it was given immediately.

Good location
The pool was out of service. Was told they found an issue on Sunday and it would be fixed by my arrival on Monday
Never fixed, I left. I was told by residents it’s been broken for awhile and no one does anything also I was told not to use taxi and they offered to set up an airport transfer
That never happened and I was left stranded at the airport upon my arrival. Hot water for shower was lukewarm at best, 4 nights never received any cleaning service or change of towels
