A clean room
No human being to check-in. Booking should warn us in such situations. Without a WiFi access by your own you would be unable to enter the building. If you cook at the kitchen no towel. If you go to bathroom nothing to dry your hands.

Nice old fashioned place from the outside. The apartment realy felt like home. The host was just amazing. Responsive, super nice and realy realy thoughtful. She put me in apartment with another girls so Ill feel more comfortable without me saying anything and it was realy thoughtful.
There was some issue with my apartment. So I had to switch to another one. And for the inconvenience she upgraded me to a much better apartment. Turned the experience around honestly. The place is amazing, and the host is even more amazing.
