Incredible staff…everyone I interacted with was so friendly and helpful! Beautiful grounds…pool and garden are exceptional, as well as their restaurants. The breakfast staff was so attentive and selections are great including cooked to order omelettes. Room was clean and comfortable. Very quiet. Location is outstanding for walking to fabulous restaurants and the sights. I definitely highly recommend!

Zarafshon Parkside is an immaculate and modern hotel in a leafy part of Samarkand. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with recommendations, and we enjoyed the pool, gym and gift shop. The breakfast was also exceptional.

Location was perfect for the sights. Hotel staff was top quality all the time. The restaurant "Badr" served excellent food. There was a malfunction with the air conditioning in our room and the staff reacted immediately: first trying to fix the problem and then changing our room. First class action - in that extreme heat these things sometimes happen. This took place quite late, at around 23:00. The staff handled the situation in a manner that is exemplary. We had to leave early to catch the train and were gifted with breakfast boxes. We had to leave with smiles on our faces.
