The apartment is spacious and looks good. Location is great - right above most of the car rentals so easy to drop off your rental car. It's a short walk from the Acropolis and its museum, as well as the cafes and restaurants of Koukaki. Also a short walk from the metro and tram.
Since the apartment faces the main street (Siggrou) it is pretty noisy. The two bedrooms are facing the street and were impossible to sleep in. We had to co-sleep in the living room which is the only quiet spot in the apartment.

The location was perfect! It was very close to the Acropolis, the museum, Agora, Mars Hill, terrific restaurants, grocery stores,….
Hot water was an issue. We traveled with a family of 4. There’s enough hot water to last for a 1.5 showers and then we’d have to wait 30 minutes in between before another shower could take place. The bedrooms overlook the road. Athens traffic is non stop. So, if you’re a light sleeper, the constant traffic at all hours will create difficulty in your sleep.

The location and the staff that greeted us were fantastic.
You can not see the acropolis from the property and there is no private parking on site. That was misleading. The public parking is a 5 min walk to the metro station.
The property was very dirty. My feet were black, there was hair all over the bathroom floor and a lipstick “kiss” mark on my sheets
The internet was also not working in the first 12h of arrival but the nice staff kept their word and replaced the modem in the morning.
