Great location, close to the beach, quite street, close to main shops. Spacious house, well equipped, working bbq. Roomy, large kitchen, two bathrooms. Great washing machine. Neat backyard .
The floor needed a good mop, we vacuumed and it was still dirty. Wanted to mop, but didn't have one.

Ideal location for Fingal Bay beach for a wedding. Everythimg felt thoughtful for a family stay and great setup for two couples. Highly recommend
Only improvement would be to include shampoo, conditioner and body wash as no local supermarket within walking distance. That’s the only thing that stopped it from being 10/10

Spacious, clean, comfortable beds
No shampoo or soap, had to make an extra trip to the grocery store to buy. That was a bit inconvenient. Sorry if I missed it if it was on the booking page but I don’t recall it being mentioned.
Also LJ Hocker sent instructions to pick up the keys at their office and one hour before check in, while we were on the road send new instructions telling us the key was at the property. This caused us to drive unnecessarily to LJ Hooker in Nelson bay ( and then after checking into the property to have to drive back to Nelson bay to buy shampoo and soap. It was annoying
