The house was nice. Rooms accommodated my family. Rove customer service representative was extremely helpful due to the issues l had within the home.
One of the beds had a broken frame on the day of Check-ln. The bed was fixed the next day.
The A/C NOT working. 91 degrees outside. Maintenance worker came and fixed the issue stating it would take time for the A/C to cool the entire home. He set it to the wrong temperature. Contacted customer service and they helped me set it to the correct temperature. We arrived on Saturday (08/15) and the house didn't get cool until Sunday (08/16).
The Pool and Pool area had a lot of leaves and bird droppings. My husband cleaned some of the area. To our dismay - somebody came and cleaned the pool the day of Check-Out. We had a late Check-Out, so we're still on the property.
