Good location: subway nearby, there is also tramp stop next to the accommodation. There are also several restaurants around. Shopping street in a walking distance. Easy contactless check-in and check-out

Wi-fi didn’t work during my stay, host didn’t informed me about it. Washing machine was also out of service. Flat a bit dark, no so fancy as on photos

Apartamento muy bien ubicado, varias paradas de diferentes transportes públicos a menos de 2 minutos andando (metro, tranvia, autobús). Muy limpio y espacioso.

La ducha echaba agua en forma de chorro fuerte.

Świetny nocleg idealny na weekendowy wyjazd do Mediolanu. Skromny ale niczego nie brakuje, przyjemny widok z okna, bardzo czysty i świetnie zlokalizowany. Bardzo miły właściciel, konkretne wskazówki zameldowania i wymeldowania. W okolicy blisko do metra, supermarketu, kawiarnii i wielu restauracji.

Location is excellent, it is in the city center near main traffic routes, safe for women to walk alone at night. I chose this apartment mainly for its location as it was convenient to go to the places I needed to visit in 4 days. The apartment had basic minimal supplies for a short stay. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked fine. There was a farmacy downstairs and there are some grocery stores were within 15min walk. The view outside of the window was beautiful in the summer. I paid for its location.

Used lockbox check-in, not meeting in person. Noisy with windows closed at night. Would be better if it has: wall hooks near the entrance (wardrobe is the only place to hang); facial tissue; wall/any mirror outside of the bathroom; coffee capsules matching my stay (had 2 for 4 days); bottled water for arrival; basic toilettes. I recommend the owner to stay one night there and they'd know what's missing. Not providing invoice that she charged extra fee for. 17 days after check-out, she ignored reminders from me and Booking, responded my review but still didn't provide the invoice. I only communicated when necessary (pay for extra guest, invoice) and usually it took 4 days plus a reminder to get responses. After my booking, this apartment was still open for instant booking elsewhere for the same dates, it was fixed after I communicated with her and Booking. ---- The owner's response twists the reality to cover her failures: Fail to maintain a correct reservation synchronization program across platforms; Fail to provide invoices that any legit business would provide; Fail to follow Milan's rule on lockbox. I booked 4 months ealier, then saw her apartment open for instant booking elsewhere. I reported her error to her and Booking to prevent potential double-book from others. She thanked me and said "there was a problem with the reservation synchronization program. It's now fixed!" I registered my passport name on Booking and the other platform for reservations; both sites allow users to show "preferred first name" for communication; if she interprets it as "multiple identity," she should review if her business aligns with the platforms where she hosts. 1 month ago, I knew I may have an extra guest so I told her with honesty and paid extra guest fee, invoice fee, and tax via a link she provided outside of Booking.
