Station Les Deux Alpes, le Refuge du Diable, front de neige, 4/6 personnes

Apartment was very well kitted out - it had a brilliant kitchen with everything you would need. Location excellent, right next to the Diable lifts. There was wifi and parking nearby so super useful

The person who met us with the keys at the property gave shorter timeslots for arrival and departure than indicated in the listing - this was a bit frustrating. The communal hallway had a really strong smell - like incense or herbal burning, luckily it didn't permeate the apartment.

Really nicely finished apartment, spotlessly clean and in an absolutely perfect location for the Diable lift. All of the fittings (washing machine, dishwasher, etc) were of a high standard and worked perfectly.

Ski/boot room was a dark damp cellar, not sure how well anything would dry in the depths of winter. This is not unusual for France though.

Location was perfect, very close to all the facilities and ski lifts. Very clean apartment and very comfortable beds.

The only thing we didn’t like about the property was that we had to pay extra for the towels because they weren’t provided.

Location is perfect if you are skiing, you can ski in and ski out. The kitchen was well equipped. The town is very walkable.

Wifi wasn't working for the first day. A single roll of toilet paper was provided for 3 people for a week, and then we also had to rent towels from the owner, and the apartment is pretty tight for your luggage and ski gear. Also the ski locker was handy, but it looked like a dungeon. We were not supposed to wear our ski boots up to the apartment but there wasn't really a place to remove them. We also felt that the property manager hoovered over to inspect the apartment while we were trying to pack up. Felt more like we were renting directly from the owner rather than through booking.com
