The location was very convenient and the bed in the pleasant, bright master bedroom was very comfortable. The towels and bed lined were of good quality.
This is a first floor apartment, requiring access via a flight of stairs - which we were not made aware of. There was no welcome pack of tea/coffee/milk/cereal or anything else! The nearest convenience store is 5 miles away... The kitchen window was broken - this was mentioned in a review over 6 months ago. The pleasant, bright master bedroom had venetian blinds but no curtains and so we were awake early every day...

Far too many longwinded message prior to arrival, addressing me as Mr, ignoring any comms from me in response
No oven gloves despite providing an oven, am I suppose to bring my own!
No dish cloth despite providing washing up liquid just a very sad washing brush
CD and tape player with nothing to play (no Bluetooth) felt very old school and lots of DVDs with no dvd player
A broken bin
Zero provisions, having come from a very well equipped Airbnb (by train) it was sad to see no tea/coffee, no salt/pepper, etc. I don’t expect fully equipped but just simple provisions is great
The blinds in the bedroom provided very little cover from the light
No recycling facilities
It would be great if the teams who let the venues actually stay in them to see if they are fit for purpose and provide a great experience.
