Fabulous location for the town and with its own parking space

Layout (2 bathrooms, open plan living room, upside down). Location.
Smelly (drains) downstairs bathroom, en-suite loo cistern took ages to fill so loo didn’t flush properly, en-suite towel rail did not heat up, pillows were too hard, one dining chair was broken when we arrived. We reported it immediately but got no response.
