Excellent large home perfect for family holiday except for steep short walk from lovely Little Cove beach
Lack of flyscreens the only defect. However stay diminished by major construction next door that we were not advised of at time of booking. Not good enough for an expensive luxury stay booking. Offer of a one night free stay only after we departed was obviously inadequate

Location and size of the house.
A lot older than the photos show. Very dated. Furniture needs a steam clean. Kitchen utensils old. The house needs some love and attentions. Feels like a share house. Dust on the walls. Smells musty. Water leaks on ceiling in kitchen.
