Ótimo custo benefício com a melhor localização. Dá pra ir à praia e fazer compras de mercado, ir a restaurante tudo à pé. Enquanto isso o carro permanece na garagem sem pagar por estacionamento.

Chuveiro não funcionava direito quando quente muito quente, quando frio muito frio, muitas baratas quando cheguei, tive que perder um bom tempo para dar jeito, os quartos possuem muitas infiltrações dando muito cheiro de mofo, as cortinas não cobrem toda janela e fazendo dar muita claridade na hora de dormir…
