The house was very clean and the amenities very nice and new.
The house location is next to a very busy and loud road (82bd) seating outside the back yard ,truck, motorcycle, cars All day long not very peaceful as advertised. ( You wake up in the morning with the busy traffic road not with the Bird) The House front yard next to a family Dollar store and across street a fire station and gas store. So I will call the facility a convince location not peaceful.
