Villa Salento Boutique Apartments & Spa

The location is great, just outside of town but close enough to walk to. The views from the balcony on the first floor are nice. Furthermore the employees at the reception are very friendly and helpfull with any questions you have.

There isn’t AC but I think that’s normal for Salento. You do get a fan and even two if one isn’t enough. Next to that the temperature in Salento isn’t that hot so a dan will just do.

Super easy to collect the keys, the girls at front desk were super kind and helped us with that.Also, the owner of the property helped us with the luggage. What we appreciated most was how they handled any shortcomings. The hotel is only about a 5-minute walk from the main square, and although they don't have on-site parking, they kindly arranged a space for us at a nearby parking lot. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Breakfast wasn't included in our stay, but the apartment had more than enough utensils and equipment to prepare a proper breakfast. They also have an agreement with Beta Town Restaurante, which offers a 10% discount on breakfast if you show your Villa Salento key. Overall, a great experience. The team does an excellent job of making sure guests have everything they need, and those thoughtful touches really made a difference.

The staff were nice and the hotel was in a good location. They were helpful and knowledgeable. The beds are also well made!

Sometimes, the rails of the curtain fell off while we were opening or closing the door. There was also some noise early in the morning throughout our stay. Sometimes it comes from the roosters, or sometimes it comes from outside music.

Staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious, beds were comfortable and everything was clean and neat. Location was nice as it’s close to the town but not in the middle of all the noise. Overall great experience.
