Location! Parking convenience, the apartment itself held up to the description.
The maintenance team took a while to respond.

The staff was nice. The actual rooms are clean plus they have extra items and food included with the stay.
The building has the strong smell of newly built or renovations. There was a dog poop in the hall way that took 2 days to get cleaned and our main door doesn't lock.

The building provided a great sense of security for the neighborhood.
The check-in process was quite troublesome, and there was some confusion regarding the use of the keys to access both the building and its amenities. The bathroom door was not functioning correctly. Additionally, some of the furnishings were soiled.

Very secure inside the building and parking lot
No blackout shades on the bedroom window, mixing valve for the shower does not work properly (difficult to make small adjustments, unexpected temp changes), motion sensor for the bathroom lights makes walking in there at night unpleasant.
