The host, Mauricio was excellent and had great communication. He arranged airport transfers and helped with all of my questions. Very good host.
The front door lock and key were hard to manipulate. The key got stuck sometimes and other times it was hard to get the door to lock or unlock. Eventually it would work but sometimes you had to fiddle with it. Also the mattress was a little lumpy. But overall pretty comfortable.

It was very well locate, small but nice balcony
It was run down and the bed was uncomfortable. Instead of a loft or small apartment, It is more lime a hotel room, but without all the facilities
