Apartament to tak naprawdę mieszkanie w bloku na wyższym piętrze ale za to blisko do Term Cieplickich na basen, do Parku Zdrojowego,na deptak oraz do autobusu by dojechać do innych atrakcji. Parking pod blokiem. Mieszkanie komfortowe, posiada oddzielną sypialnie, dobrze urządzone z pełnym wyposażeniem we wszystko co potrzeba. Widok z balkonu na góry, cicho i spokojnie. Czułam się jak u siebie w mieszkaniu.
Brakowało mi mikrofalówki by na szybko podgrzać potrawy oraz rolety w kuchni, ponieważ jak były upały to po południu nie dało się przygotować potraw, bo świeciło słońce a nie ma ani firanki ani rolety.

Darmowy parking, lokalizacja.
Brak windy, wąska klatka schodowa, cienkie drzwi wejściowe (w mieszkaniu słychać wszystko co dzieje się na klatce i na odwrót). Brak dużego noża.
