Really nice staff on arrival, Got lots of information sent through before arrival with codes to doors and location of the home.
The rooms and decor were lovely. Really nice touch with the tea and coffee station. There were snacks for us and the kids included too.
Hosts messaged throughout and offered help on recommendations for breakfast. Really close to everything just a short walk away from the town centre and the carousel at the front. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a mini break in Southport, very spacious and very clean. Towels provided and the beds were nice and comfortable.
There was a coffee machine, however no pods provided within the tea and coffee station so would have had to go and buy our own which we didn't mind, but it would be nice to have that option as the coffee machine was there.
The only other thing was that the front door was an electric locking system. This was good for not having to worry about a key, but there was no inside lock and with the kids room being right near the main exit and our room being at the end of the corridor it would have felt a little safer if there was an inside lock as my 3 year old got up in the night and got confused and opened the front door thinking it was the way to our room.

Good for parking, clean , comfortable, good shower and reasonably priced. Walking distance to the town
The sink in the bathroom was too small. Not enough tea bags and only sugar and no sweetener. Also not enough milk. Would have preferred a kettle. No WiFi signal and TV kept going off. Would have preferred a wardrobe instead of the small rail on the wall

The place was spotless. It's compact, but there is enough room for 2 and brand new. Very modernly decorated & very close to everything! Free parking too, what more could you want!
