The location is great with an amazing view. The amenities are what set this place apart from many other rentals. We used the kitchen several times for some elaborate meals and we had all the kitchen items we needed. The hosts are always very helpful and responsive.

Don's properties are just homey and warm. He has any amenity that you can want and the place just feels like home. Don even let my friend borrow one of his kayaks. It was my third time staying in Don's properties and it will not be my last. Love the property, the view and the location. You can be in downtown Sylva in less than 15 minutes.

Everything! The host welcomed me, walked me through the apartment, assisted with my belongings, and was very gracious. The apartment was immaculate and well-appointed. The patio has a great view and is very private. Coffee, tea, and drinks were all appreciated. The hosts have clearly considered what makes for a great stay and succeeded in providing it for their guests.
