Nice, quite, spacious and clean basement unit. Kitchen well equipped and unit has two bathrooms to accomodate large family size. The unit is really more suitable for large families. Unit in a new development area so it is better to use Waze rather than Google maps to get to it. The owner is very nice and helpful, she provided complete information and instructions. The security agent was very cooperative and helpful as well.
The bedroom mattress needs to be updated to a more comfortable one. I used the twin mattress as it was more comfortable.

Nous avons pu garer nos motos en sécurité ce qui est très appréciable. 2 salles de douche. Des grands placards.
Logement demi-enterré (peut être un avantage en été) ce qui fait qu’on ne voit pas l’extérieur. Le grand lit est si dur qu’il a été impossible de dormir dedans. Matériel de cuisine en mauvais état et sale. Table de salle à manger cassée (cassure cachée sous un nappe). Le lave-linge qui n’en n’est pas un. Plusieurs ampoules manquantes. Aucun souci de décoration.
