This great unit offers comfy furnishings, a stunning rooftop deck, and a 3rd level living space that includes arcade games, a tent, and a large couch that converts to a sleeper sofa! Each bedroom has a connected bath and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need. This home was designed with families in mind, and when it’s time to venture out, you’ll find yourself just a short walk away from The Shores Resort and its incredible resort pool and Lagoon!
At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Rooftop yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies—where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or lagoon—are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!
Additionally, while staying in this property as a Property Manager guest, take advantage of our local business discounts for places such as Tuacahn Amphitheater, Pizza Factory, ATV rentals, Cafe Sabor, Bike Rentals, and more!
