When you’re not out kayaking and swimming at the gorgeous Lagoon, you can relax under the covered balcony by the firepit or in the private hot tub. Enjoy family time with the ping pong table, private pool, board games, and 4 individual Xbox stations! This vacation rental is perfect for large groups, family getaways, corporate retreats, and more!

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Rooftop yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies—where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or lagoon—are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!

Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.

There is boat, RV, or trailer parking on the southwest side of the community.

We would like to advise you that during this time, the Desert Color Community is experiencing ongoing construction in close proximity to your vacation rental. While this will not impact your use of any of the provided amenities, we want to remind all guests to only use the designated and completed roads and pathways, and to steer clear of any active construction activity.
