Enjoy all the luxuries of home in an upscale atmosphere, as well as great additions such as a theater room, arcade room, and access to the community waterpark! Sit outside on the rooftop deck around the fire pit to roast s'mores, soak in the private hot tub, or BBQ, and dine beneath the shaded patio. Feeding a large group will be easy with the expansive and well-equipped kitchen, decorated with granite countertops!

With so many exciting activities to keep everyone busy around the house, you may not even need to venture out and about, but when you are looking for more, there's plenty to do within a short drive. Up the street is Archie Gubler Park for sand volleyball, pickleball, kickball, baseball, picnics, cooling off in the splash pad, and playing hot lava tag on the playgrounds. The home provides bikes for fun rides around the neighborhood. A few miles further is the fantastic Tuacahn Amphitheater, which often features Broadway shows and great performances.

Paradise Village is a wonderful, family-friendly option for any vacationer who wants to hang out with the family and have fun! Our amenities include a Kid’s Cove water park and lazy river, as well as another two-tiered heated pool with a water slide between them. There are additionally two, large community hot tubs, walking/biking trails nearby, RV and boat parking and we are right next door to Archie Gubler Park, that includes pickleball, basketball, baseball, sand volleyball, and a splash pad!
