This wonderfully decorated second floor condominium has warm custom paint tones and has been creatively appointed with both golfers and families in mind. A casually stylish resort theme surrounds this spacious two bedroom two bath villa that has been meticulously maintained. Centrally located in the popular Arbor Trace community at Barefoot, guests are delighted with the view to the Greg Norman golf course and the lush tropical landscape throughout our resort.
The front door opens into a lovely foyer and opposite is the beautifully designed gourmet kitchen, fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a wonderful meal. Or, you can grill out on one of the two outdoor BBQ's, just steps from your front door by the community pool.
Continue on to the elaborate living and dining areas, hosting a full dining table and a plush sleeper sofa. A handsome entertainment center adorns one wall, filled with games, large flat screen TV, DVD and more! Just off the living room is the covered lanai, with sweeping views of the Greg Norman fourth fairway. There you can relax and watch your fellow golfers try their best for that birdie! Barefoot Resort has four world class golf courses, including those by renowned designer names Davis Love, Fazio, Dye and Norman.
The beautiful master suite is divine with deluxe furnishings and appointments, including a queen size bed, dresser, TV, ceiling fan, walk in closet and a private bath suite. The second bedroom, located on the opposite end of the villa, features two twin beds, full closet, ceiling fan, and a flat screen TV. The laundry room and a second full bath are just outside the twin suite.
