Palmar One Bedroom with Private Beach!

Great location and amazing view! Super helpful owner. Fully equipped apartments. Would like to stay again.

The only issue was that the light above the bed flickered on its own during the night — a bit annoying.

We can hear the neighbours but they are not so noisy so its ok

Pls notice that under this ad there are few apartments offered. The location is fairly good. It is quite quiet, although our apartment 1406 was facing Sheraton hotel which is lower than al bateen residence so you can hear constant hum of aircon but it is manageable. Building is a bit old already, but it is ok. Swimming pool was ok - the water nice although it got shaded by nearby new building. Beach is also very nice.

shower floor design is badly constructed and water instead to go to drain spills around - we were not able to use shower as than it was too much hassle to move the water to the drain. Pls notice also that there is only one power socket in the living room available, so it makes sense to bring extension cable especially if you have several electronic items to power.
