Isabel's wing! A stunning 2 bedroom Property

Nice property in a lovely location & very well placed for visiting much of North Norfolk. Comfortable beds & very quiet & relaxing in the evening.

A nice property in a good location, but some parts need a little more care & attention. Marks on the walls were a little off-putting, looked like squashed bugs. There was also nowhere to hang clothes, coat hangers on 2” pegs didn’t offer enough space, especially as there was no iron either. We only used the smaller bedroom & the shower cubicle was quite dingy & really needed a good scrub. Needs a bit more attention to detail in some areas, we had to clean the cobwebs away ourselves. No welcome pack, especially after a long journey, this would have been appreciated, even if just a packet of biscuits to go with a cup of tea. All we got was four sachets of coffee & some flavoured tea bags, just a little disappointing considering the price. We also had to buy some descaler for the kettle as this was really caked up. The small things matter & these little things could have made a difference. We don’t feel that we’d choose to visit the property again, which is a shame. Sorry!

The shower on the double bedroom was excellent.

Lack of storage space, no wardrobes. Husband has mobility issues which made the king size bed and the sofas difficult to use as they were too low.

There's a lot to like - modern fitout, tasteful decor, great bed, quiet rural location. Very clean & a good price for 2 bed+ 2 bath.

Weather was cool & heating system did not work well for us beyond the first day. Didn't help that decor is "cold" - we never felt comfy, were often chilly & towel rails were never warm. The car park is narrow for a largish car; the 2 frypans were too worn to be usable, various little things were missing. The "garden" is over-hyped but you could guess that from photos.
