Good location (7 minutes to walk to the store and restaurants, also local diners; 20 minutes to very nice beach).
Very safe place and surroundings seemed to be also.
The host Dominique was very lovely, good communication also before the check-in.
Very friendly staff (security guys) - special greetings to Katana from us.
I cannot say that we didn’t like something. Maybe just for information that there are dogs for security (if someone is afraid of dogs or something). As Dominique explained us everything quite well (about AC using, electricity a.s.o), everything worked for us and there were no bad surprises 🙂

Property was large enough to welcome all the family, we were 9 in total. Rooms for everyone, with aircon and fans.
Power cuts, not really their fault but a backup generator would have been a plus. Especially at night for the aircon and fans.

The room was spacious & had easy access to the pool
The area was close to the beach & easy to visit other attractions around
Location of the house was more or less perfect. Shopping malls were nearby, there was a guard & dogs manning the gate, places to get food/eat were easily accessible
The hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with.
The check-in & out was simple enough
