Ens ha agradat l'amplitud de l'apartament, la cuina ben equipada d'estris, les dues terrasses amplies per poder menjar fora, les vistes al mar des del menjador/terrassa, la proximitat a la platja (d'arena fina) i a serveis com supermercat i restaurant, el poder aparcar el cotxe a l'interior de la comunitat ( al carrer es zona blava de pagament ), la zona comunitària amb piscina i jardí bonic i ben cuidat, la zona tranquil·la, el tracte del personal de l'empresa gestora.
Potser en algun moment puntual hagués estat bé aire condicionat, però amb els ventiladors i finestres obertes es podia suportar (tot i estar en plena onada de calor). El llit de matrimoni una mica més ample i actualitzat.
