Terrible, to be avoided at all times!

We stayed at this accommodation last night, but unfortunately the experience was far below what we expected. We had a booking for two nights, but we left early this morning because the room was simply not acceptable. The room was extremely hot, and the fan barely worked – it only blew warm air. It was also very noisy: there is a busy road right next to the property, and trucks passed by the whole night. It felt as if they were driving into the room. On top of that, the shared bathroom caused constant noise throughout the night, with doors slamming and people using the toilet. Most of this noise came from the owner and a fixed tenant moving around. We hardly slept at all. Additionally, we both woke up with small bites on our arms and legs, which makes us believe there may be bedbugs as well. We now understand why they have a policy that requires a minimum stay of two nights, nobody would ever do so if not… Anyway, we feel that Booking should take their responsibility and remove this accommodation from their platform to save other travellers from this kind of experiences…

The stay was superb, very neat, clean bathroom and shower, kitchen clean and it's peaceful.

No breakfast included, the location is quite, however, too much people straying around and sitting on benches. It made us a bit uncomfortable, I think it's because of the railway station.

The property was great and the host very helpful at all times, I think they need an electrical gate to make it a bit easier. The gate is not easy to open.

This Amazing property with an amazing hostess or even want to be disappointed that’s a guarantee you will be blessed in every possible way looking for that little getaway to find yourself I recommend this is the place for today and if it’s just for enjoyment out of place to be. You won’t regret staying here. It is Exceptional and wonderful I do recommend you visit here.

This was definitely one of the most pleasant stays I had experienced in years! Tranquil is very neat and clean and the owner is very caring. She even gave me her garage to park my car for the entire week that I stayed. It's a safe, clean and very tranquil experience. May her business be blessed, because she knows the Lord! It is one of the best guesthouses you could ever get around Cape Town. The host makes it way better.

For someone who visited Cape Town for the first time in his life, I enjoyed my visit. Even though we arrived at the guesthouse way let our check- in time, the host was great enough to allow us in. We even checked-out way past our check-out as still the host allowed us to stay until our driver came to fetch us as he was late by an hour. Everything has been great , from the warm welcome we have received, the kind host I’d definitely recommend this guesthouse as it is both decent and affordable.

To be honest, there’s not a single thing that made me regret booking this place, so I’ll definitely recommend it to someone else

No long story to tell for the fact that the business is still starting and I was the first guest, to book in. Oh what a history 👏 The host is very sweet, kind and honest.

I was happy about everything, I cannot complain because the host is still new. We talked, I advised and I hope for more improvement.
