جميله ونظيفه. اخلاق الموظفين جميله وسريعي المساعده خدمة ايقاظ لصلاة الفجر جميله جدا.الموقع جميل متوفر الخدمات والمطاعم ذات الاسعار المختلفه تناسب الجميع
الموقع غالبيته محلات تصليح سيارات ومكينيكا من كل مكان لمن لايفضل ذلك
حجزت اعلى فئه من غرف الكنغ وسلمت اقل منها وعند ذهابي وعودتي لاحظت انه كان بجواري غرفه اكبر للعلم لم اناقشهم
كذلك الصوت الداخلي القادم من الجوار والاعلى كان جدا جدا مزعج كان جيرانك معك بالغرفه نفسها كذلك من الخارج لم الاحظ وجود مكان مخصص عند الدخول لذوي الاحتياجات

The hotel is really good: everything is new, the beds are comfortable, there is a teapot, tea and coffee provided. Air conditioner works even in the warm mode. Great panoramic windows. 10 min walk from the metro.

The room was clean
Location was ok if you’re travelled via Sabiha airport
There was no wifi
Staff couldn’t resolve the problem until the last day of our stay. Even after fixing the problem, wifi signal was too weak so useless.
The was no shower stand on the wall!! It was fixed only after we reported the problem.
Staff can’t speak English, so very difficult to communicate with them.
The rest was ok
